ROCHESTER:

Scott Vallow's GK School, Summer 2013: Rochester

The Most Comprehensive GK Development Program in Rochester!

Program designed and conducted by Scott Vallow, Assistant Coach of the WNY Flash and former Rhinos GK and Team Captain. Additional Coaches will be Rochester Rhinos Goalkeepers Kristian Nicht and Brandon Miller.

This program focuses on high-level GK techniques and tactics and is only open to participants 13 and older (special permission can be given by Scott for those that have been through a previous GK Camp or other prior TLC GK Programs)

All Program Dates are OUTSIDE in Rochester, NY TBA (location will be announced once the field permits are approved)

GK School Program Includes:

*SEVEN-1.5 hour High-Level GK Training Session with Scott Vallow

Mondays 7:00-8:30 (June 3, 10, 17, July 1, 8, 15 and 22nd)
Tuesdays 7:00 - 8:30pm (June 4, 11, 18, July 2, 9, 16 and 23rd)

SELECT 7 SESSIONS FROM THE ABOVE DATES.

*Speed/acceleration work

*Detailed Player Evaluation

*Free pair of Uhlsport Ergonomic Support Frame Goalkeeper Gloves ($60 value)

*Free "Train like a Champion" GK School long sleeved training top ($25 value).
